Chicken and Rice Dinner
Chicken And Rice Dinner is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 broiler/fryer chicken (2 to 3 lb.), cut up, 1/4 to 1/3 c. flour, 2 tbsp. cooking oil, 1 1/2 c. long grain rice and 1 tsp. pourtry seasoning, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Dredge chicken pieces in flour.
In a skillet heat oil and brown chicken on all sides.
Combine rice, poultry, seasonings, salt, pepper, milk and water.
Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Top with chicken.
Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350Β° for 55 minutes or until rice and chicken are tender.
Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
