Chicken and Rice Casserole
Chicken And Rice Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. uncooked rice (comet or any kind), 1 small onion, chopped, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 2 soup cans water and 1 fryer chicken, cut up, or preferred chicken pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix soup and water together.
Wash rice.
Spread into ungreased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Place chicken, spaced, on top of rice.
Add the soup and water mixture.
Salt to taste. Cover dish tightly with foil.
Bake 30 minutes in a 425Β° oven, then remove foil and bake 30 minutes more.
Will be light brown and very tender.
