Chicken and Rice Casserole
Chicken And Rice Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 chicken breasts, 1 c. rice, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 2 cans milk and 1 envelope onion soup mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan and put the rice on the bottom layer. Mix the soup and milk together and pour 1/2 over the rice. Sprinkle 1/2 of the onion soup mix over the soup mixture.
Layer the chicken breasts (skinned) and pour the rest of the soup mixture on top of that.
Sprinkle the rest of the onion soup mix. Cover and bake at 300Β° for 2 1/2 hours.
