Must prepare ahead.
Early in the day put a large chicken or hen in a stew pot and cover with water.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Bring to a boil and reduce heat and simmer until meat is falling off bone.
Remove chicken and let cool.
Bone chicken and put back in pot.
