Chicken and Dressing
Chicken And Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with chicken or turkey, corn bread, 10 eggs, 1/2 c. chopped onions and 1/4 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Roast chicken or turkey in roasting pan with pan 1/2 full of water at 350° until done.
Cook corn bread in 8 or 9-inch skillet. Crumble corn bread in large bowl.
Add eggs, onions, celery, oleo, poultry seasoning, sugar or Sweet 'N Low, salt and light bread. Pour hot juice from chicken over this and take potato masher and mash real good (needs to be soupy).
Pour in baking dish and bake at 400° until firm.
