Chicken Al Forno
Chicken Al Forno is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cut into serving pieces, 1/2 lb. sliced, fresh mushrooms, 2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges, 1 green pepper, thinly sliced and 1 to 2 c. green beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 375Β°.
In large, shallow baking dish, place chicken; pour dressing over.
Bake 40 minutes, basting occasionally.
Turn chicken.
