Chicken Acapulco
Chicken Acapulco is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cooked chicken (chunks), 1 can chopped green chilies, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 2 c. sour cream and 1/3 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix chicken, 1/2 of green chilies, 1 can soup, 1 cup sour cream and spices.
Spoon onto tortillas and fold like a burrito.
Place in baking pan with sides touching each other.
Mix other can of soup, 1 cup sour cream, remaining chilies and milk.
Spread over tortillas.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
