Chicken Acapulco
Chicken Acapulco is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 chickens, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 6 tbsp. oleo, 6 tbsp. flour and 2 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook chicken.
Remove bones and dice.
Melt oleo and stir in flour.
Add sour cream; cook and stir until bubbly.
Add soup, chicken and chili.
Put in casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with cheese, then bake 10 minutes longer. Serve over rice or crepes.
