In skillet, combine butter, sugar and orange juice.

Cook over high heat, stirring occasionally until thickened (12 to 17 minutes).

Arrange chicken in 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until tender, brushing with sauce every 15 minutes.

Cut orange colored peel from orange.

Cut half of the peel into narrow strips and add to remaining sauce.
