Chicken A La Coque is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 (12 to 16 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms and 3/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Brown chicken in frying pan.
Cut mushrooms in half.
Saute in butter.
In a saucepan, heat mushroom and chicken soups with milk; add sauteed mushrooms.
Place chicken in a baking dish, arranging so that the sauce covers chicken evenly.
Bake at 325Β° for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
