Chicago Italian Beef
Chicago Italian Beef is an easy dinner. Made with 4 lb. beef rump roast or any piece beef that slices well, 2 tsp. italian seasonings (oregano, rosemary, thyme, savory, sage, basil, marjoram), 1/2 c. water, 1/2 clove garlic and 1 (12 oz.) small jar pepperoncini (juice and all), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Place all ingredients in roaster pan.
Cover roaster and bake in oven at 250Β° for about 2 1/2 hours or until beef is tender. Baste and turn meat several times during cooking.
Take out of oven and cool overnight in refrigerator.
