Chewy Pecan Cookies is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. butter (margarine), 1 c. sugar, 3/4 c. packed brown sugar, 3 eggs and 1/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a large mixing bowl, beat butter, sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture and mix well.
Stir in oats, raisins and nuts; mix well.
Drop by tablespoon onto greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown.
Remove from baking sheet to cool on wire racks.
Yield
5 to 6 dozen.
