Chewy Oatmeal Cookies
Chewy Oatmeal Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. shortening, 1 1/4 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 6 tbsp. molasses and 1 3/4 c. sifted flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon together; set aside. Cream the sugar, shortening, molasses and eggs together.
Add flour mixture; mix well.
Stir in oats, nuts and raisins.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
