Chewy Chocolate Cookies
Chewy Chocolate Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. margarine, softened, 2 c. sugar, 2 large eggs, 2 tsp. vanilla extract and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In a large bowl, cream the margarine and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla.
Beat well.
In medium bowl, combine flour, cocoa and baking soda. Gradually blend into creamed mixture.
Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 9 to 11 minutes. Cookies will be puffy, but collapse while cooling. Transfer to waxed paper and sprinkle with powdered sugar when completely cooled.
Store in airtight container with slice of bread so cookies remain chewy.
