Chewy Chip Cookies
Chewy Chip Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter or margarine, softened, 1/4 c. sugar, 3/4 c. packed brown sugar, 1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
In a large bowl, cream butter, sugars and pudding mix.
Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each addition.
Beat in the vanilla.
Gradually add flour and baking soda to the creamed mixture.
Stir in the chips and nuts (the dough will be stiff).
Drop by teaspoonfuls about 2-inches apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
Remove to wire racks to cool. (The addition of the pudding makes a big difference.) Serve these with a cold glass of milk and watch them disappear!
