Chess Pie
Chess Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. brown sugar, 4 eggs, 1 can evaporated milk, 1/2 stick butter and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Heat milk and butter on low heat until butter melts.
Beat eggs one at a time until well beaten.
Add sugar and flour and mix well with eggs.
Pour warm milk over sugar and egg mixture and mix well.
Add vanilla.
Pour into unbaked pie shell (9-inch).
Bake 45 minutes at 375Β°.
Serves 6 to 8.
