Cherry Nut Bread
Cherry Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, 2 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. soda, 1/2 tsp. salt and 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Drain and chop cherries, reserving juice.
Combine flour, soda and salt.
In large mixer bowl, cream sugar and margarine.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk.
Beat well after each addition.
Lightly flour cherries and pecans.
Fold in mixture just until coated.
Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes or until done.
Cool in pan for 5 minutes.
