Cherry Fluff Frosting
Cherry Fluff Frosting is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 unbeaten egg white, 3/4 c. sugar, 2 1/2 tbsp. maraschino cherry juice, 1/2 tsp. corn syrup and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Put egg white, sugar, maraschino cherry and corn syrup in top of double boiler and mix thoroughly.
Place over rapidly boiling water and beat constantly with beater until mixture will hold a peak (about 7 minutes).
Remove from heat; add vanilla and almond extract.
Beat until cool and thick enough to spread.
