Cherry Cheesecake
Cherry Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. all-purpose flour, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 c. softened margarine and 1 envelope whipped topping mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine flour, brown sugar, pecans and margarine. Press into a
9-inch baking
Bake at 400Β° for 15 minutes; cool.
Crumble crust and firmly press back into pan. Combine whipped topping mix and milk.
Whip until fluffy.
Set aside. Combine cream cheese, Eagle Brand milk, powdered sugar and vanilla; well and fold into whipped topping. Spread mixture over with pie filling.
Chill for 12 hours.
