Cherry Cheesecake
Cherry Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 c. sugar, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and margarine.
Pat into a pie pan.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.
Mix 1/2 cup sugar and softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Pour over crumb crust.
Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool, then cover with pie filling.
Chill several hours.
(We usually double this recipe and use a 9-inch pie pan.)
