Cherry Bounce
Cherry Bounce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. fresh, unpitted, tart, red cherries, 2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. whole allspice, 1 (2-inch) cinnamon stick, broken and 2 tsp. whole cloves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Wash and stem cherries.
Place all in a large jar or bottle.
Cover tightly and up-end jar daily until all sugar is dissolved.
Place in cool dark place for at least 2 months.
Serve in liqueur glasses.
