Cheesy Zucchini Bake
Cheesy Zucchini Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1/2 yellow onion, chopped, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 1 lb. fresh zucchini and 6 oz. grated longhorn cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown meat with onion and garlic powder.
Drain and set aside. Cut zucchini in 1/4-inch slices (do not peel) and cook for 5 minutes in water.
Drain.
In a greased casserole dish, layer in 1/2 of meat, 1/2 of the zucchini and 1/2 of cheese.
Repeat layers.
Mix soup with 1/4 cup water and pour over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes, uncovered.
