Cheesy Vegetable Casserole
Cheesy Vegetable Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. american cheese, 1/4 c. oleo, 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetable blend (containing broccoli, cauliflower and carrots), thawed and drained. and 1 c. (30) crushed butter crackers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cut cheese into cubes and put in saucepan with 1/4 cup oleo. Heat over medium heat until melted.
Place vegetables in 1-quart casserole dish.
Pour cheese mixture over and mix well.
Melt remaining oleo, stir in cracker crumbs and sprinkle over top of casserole.
Bake uncovered at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
