Cheesy Squash Casserole
Cheesy Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 qt. yellow squash (about 7 squash), 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 eggs, separated, 1 (8 oz.) sour cream and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Boil squash in salt water until very tender and cool. Beat eggs until thick.
Add sour cream and flour. Add cheese, squash and bacon.
Mix well.
Place in casserole dish or large iron skillet.
Melt butter and combine bread crumbs with it. Sprinkle over top of squash. Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
