Cheesy Snow-Capped Franks
Cheesy Snow-Capped Franks is an easy dinner. Made with 8 to 12 franks (depending on size), 3 to 4 c. mashed potatoes, 1 1/2 c. grated cheese and 1 onion, chopped (or 6 green onions), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Grease a casserole dish.
Slice franks long ways.
Lay them in bottom of dish, then cut franks in halves. Put a layer of potatoes.
Make layer 1 to 1 1/2-inch thick. Sprinkle onions and cheese onto potatoes.
Repeat process, ending with cheese on top.
Put into oven and cook 30 to 40 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
