Cheesy Potatoes
Cheesy Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 6 potatoes, peeled, 1 medium onion, chopped, 2 tbsp. margarine, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 6 slices cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Slice potatoes thick; boil in salt water until slightly tender.
In small skillet, saute onion in margarine until tender. In medium saucepan, combine soup, onion and cheese; heat on low until cheese melts.
In casserole dish, alternate potatoes and soup until all is used.
Top with cheese slices; bake in oven at 350Β° or in microwave until cheese melts.
