Cheesy-Potato-Soup
Cheesy-Potato-Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 tbsp. butter or margarine, 4 large potatoes, chopped, 2 to 3 large carrots, chopped, 1 tsp. dill and 1 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Saute onion and garlic in butter.
Add potatoes and carrots. Cook 10 minutes.
