Cheesy New Potatoes
Cheesy New Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 12 medium new potatoes, 1 c. grated medium sharp cheese, 8 slices crisp-fried bacon, crumbled, 1/2 c. melted butter and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Slice unpeeled potatoes 1/4-inch thick.
Cook in boiling salted water in saucepan until tender; drain.
Layer half the potatoes, cheese and bacon in greased 2-quart casserole.
Pour 1/4 cup butter over top.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
Bake at 400Β° for 15 minutes or until heated through.
