Mix hamburg, onion, eggs and bread crumbs together.
Split mixture in half.
Press half into pan.
Spread cheese evenly over center of mixture.
Mold the rest of the hamburger mix over the top, sealing the edges together.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
