Cheesy Meat Loaf
Cheesy Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/4 c. chopped green pepper, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, 2 beaten eggs and 4 oz. diced american cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook onion and green pepper in boiling water until tender; drain.
Stir in tomato sauce, eggs, cheese, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and thyme.
Add ground meats, mixing well.
Shape into loaf in baking dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
Serves 8 to 10.
