Cheesy Creamy Potatoes
Cheesy Creamy Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 3 to 5 lb. red potatoes, 1 (16 oz.) carton french onion dip, 1 stick margarine, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Peel and boil potatoes.
When tender, drain off water.
Add onion dip and margarine to potatoes in large mixing bowl.
With electric mixer, beat well.
Add half the cheese to potato mixture.
Pour into a shallow baking dish and top with rest of shredded cheese.
Bake at 350Β° until cheese melts (about 15 minutes).
This makes a lot and is great for a large gathering.
