Cheesy Cheese Straws
Cheesy Cheese Straws is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, 1/2 lb. butter or margarine, 3 c. sifted flour (all-purpose), 1 tsp. paprika and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Grate cheese very fine.
Cream cheese with butter; add flour, paprika and salt.
Mix thoroughly.
Roll dough on floured surface to 1/4-inch thickness.
Cut in strips about 1/2-inch wide and 4 inches long or may be pressed through a pastry tube.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350Β° for 8 to 10 minutes. Do not brown.
Makes about 7 dozen sticks.
