Cheesy Broccoli Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped, 1 (10 oz.) can cheddar cheese soup, 1 small can ham, turkey or chicken, flaked, 1 c. cooked rice and 1/2 c. dairy sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Cook broccoli until barely tender. Drain well.
Stir soup and sour cream together.
Add remaining ingredients to soup and sour cream mixture (except bread crumbs). Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake 30 to 35 minutes in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
