Cheesey Vegetable Soup
Cheesey Vegetable Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 tbsp. chopped onion, 2 tbsp. margarine or butter, 2 cups frozen loose pack corn, 1 cup chopped broccoli and 1/2 cup shredded carrot, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute onion in butter, do not brown.
Add vegetables and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer covered for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Stir in milk and cheese.
Heat through until cheeses are melted.
