Cheesecake Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 graham cracker crust, 1 (14 oz.) eagle brand milk, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese and 1/3 c. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In medium bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
Add Eagle Brand milk.
Blend thoroughly.
Stir in lemon and vanilla. Pour into crust.
Chill 3 hours.
Can be topped with cherry, strawberry and/or Cool Whip.
