Cheesecake
Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 lb. cream cheese, 1/2 c. sour cream, 2 c. sugar, 1 c. flour and 5 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Put all ingredients into bowl.
With mixer beat at high speed 5 to 10 minutes until thick and creamy.
Pour mixture into a snap ring pan and place in center of preheated 200° oven.
When cake rises 1/4 inch out of pan, open oven door; keep heat on.
Let cake settle.
When settled, close door.
Open again when cake peaks second time.
When it settles, close door, turn heat to 375° and let it rise and brown.
It's done when it is 1/2 inch above the pan.
Place on cooling rack and add powdered sugar.
