Cheese Wafers
Cheese Wafers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. butter, well softened, 1/2 lb. very sharp cheese, 2 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt and dash of cayenne, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine all ingredients; shape into long roll.
Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate until hard.
Slice 1/4-inch and place fairly far apart on cookie sheet.
Sprinkle a few caraway seeds in center of each wafer.
Bake 10 minutes at 400Β°.
Serve hot or cold. Makes 150 to 170.
