Cheese Vegetable Casserole
Cheese Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, 1/2 c. finely chopped celery, 1/2 c. finely chopped onion, 1/2 c. hellmann's mayonnaise and 1/3 c. cubed velveeta cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook vegetables as directed and drain well.
Add the celery, onion, cheese, mayo and salt and pepper to taste.
