Brush potatoes lightly with corn oil; place on a baking sheet. Bake at 400Β° until potatoes are tender, about 1 hour.
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise, carefully scoop out potato from skins.
Mash potatoes with butter, onion, sauce and salt.
Spoon potato mixture into potato shells, top with cheese.
Put back in oven to melt cheese.
Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
