Cheese-Stuffed Meat Loaf
Cheese-Stuffed Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 egg, 3/4 c. plain bread crumbs and 2 cans (8 oz. each) tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Mix beef, onion, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and one can of tomato sauce.
Pat half of mixture into loaf pan.
Place cheese down center and cover with remaining meat, pressing edges of meat together.
Top with the second can of tomato sauce and bake 1 hour or until done.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
