Cheese Straws
Cheese Straws is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 2 c. grated cheese, salt to taste, cayenne pepper to taste and 1 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream butter and cheese thoroughly; add salt and cayenne. Gradually work in flour.
Toss on lightly floured board; roll 1/8 to 1/4-inch thick and cut into strips or put through cookie press. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in moderate oven (350Β°).
Makes 2 to 2 1/2 dozen.
