Cheese Straws
Cheese Straws is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sifted flour, 1 stick margarine, 1 lb. sharp cheese, grated, generous dash of cayenne pepper and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Blend soft butter with flour; add grated cheese, salt and pepper.
Blend thoroughly.
Fill cookie press 1/2 full.
Use star attachment and press out in long strips.
Bake in 425Β° oven until very lightly brown, then cut in 2-inch strips.
Cool and store in airtight container.
Makes 5 to 6 dozen 2-inch cheese straws.
