Cheese Soup - South Dakota Style is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. milk, 1 tsp. flour, 1/2 lb. cubed velveeta cheese, 3 c. diced potatoes and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In large saucepan, combine potatoes, water, celery, carrots, onions, parsley flakes, bouillon cube and salt and pepper. Mix well, cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
Gradually add milk to flour, mixing well, and add this to the vegetables.
Cook until thickened.
Add Velveeta cheese, stir until melted.
