Cheese Soup
Cheese Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 c. water, 1 whole carrot, chopped, 1 large stalk celery, chopped and 3 medium potatoes, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Bring water and salt to boil; add carrots, celery and potatoes.
Cook until tender.
Cook onion in margarine; add flour, milk and chicken broth.
When smooth, add cheese.
Stir until cheese melts.
Add vegetables plus the water they were cooked in. Makes 2 1/2 quarts, about 5 servings.
