Cheese Soup
Cheese Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. margarine, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. onion, 1/2 c. carrots, chopped and 2 cans chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Saute until soft in the margarine the celery, onion and carrots. Add broth and milk, reserving 1/2 cup milk.
Combine flour and cornstarch in a bowl. Stir milk. Add soda and cheese last. Cook over low heat until cheese melts, stirring constantly. Serves 6 to 8.
