Cheese Soup
Cheese Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. margarine or butter, 2 carrots, shredded, 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced, 1/4 c. all-purpose flour and 1/8 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In a large saucepan melt the margarine or butter; add carrots and celery.
Cook until tender.
Stir in flour and pepper until blended.
Add milk and bratwurst.
Cook and stir over medium heat about 8 minutes or until mixture is thickened and bubbly.
Cook and stir for 1 minute more.
Add process cheese spread.
Cook, stirring constantly, until process cheese spread is melted.
Makes 4 servings.
