Cheese Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. margarine or butter, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 squirt prepared mustard or 1 tsp. dry mustard, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Heat margarine over low heat until melted.
Blend in flour, mustard and salt.
Cook over low heat until mixture is smooth and bubbly, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in milk.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
Stir in cheese.
Cook and stir over low heat until cheese is melted.
