Cheese Ring
Cheese Ring is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 46 minutes. Made with sharp cheddar cheese, shredded, chopped pecans, to 1 cup mayonnaise, medium onion, grated or finely chopped and garlic, pressed (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine all ingredients except preserves and mix well.
Chill. Mold into ring.
(I coat a small jello ring mold with vegetable spray and press ingredients into that before chilling.)
When ready to serve, unmold onto serving plate, fill middle with preserves. Can be served as a complement to a main meal or as an hors d'oeuvre with crackers.
