Cheese Puffs
Cheese Puffs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. mayonnaise, 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese, 1/4 tsp. worcestershire sauce, pinch of dry mustard and 1 egg white, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Combine mayonnaise, cheese, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
Beat egg white with rotary beater until stiff, but not dry.
Fold mayonnaise mixture into beaten egg white. Spoon lightly onto crackers and bake 10 to 15 minutes, until puffy and golden brown.
Serve warm.
Makes about 1 1/2 dozen.
