Fry bacon until crisp.
Crumble.
Slice potatoes on large piece of foil.
Add salt and pepper, bacon, onion and cheese. Slice butter over top.
Fold foil in drugstore fold.
Seal ends well.
Grill over coals for 1 hour, turning several times.
